Suitable for vegetarians
These are fantastic, and bananas are rich in tryptophan [a precursor to seratonin - you might call them nature's anti-depressants!]
- Some bananas
- 1 bar of chocolate
- Cooking foil
Break or cut the chocolate into small pieces. Skin the bananas and cut a groove into each one. Push the pieces of chocolate into the grooves. Completely wrap each banana in foil and place them around the edge of the fire, making sure they don't touch it or each other. After 5 minutes, turn them round. After another 5 minutes they're done. Eat straight from the foil.
