Reference

This part of the site is for publishing random bits of information, analysis and other commentary, including original articles and experiments. And as time has gone by, it's proven a useful place to publish idle rants that are too contentious or obscure to publish anywhere else!

It's also a place where I can talk about work in progress, or chew over unfinished projects that never quite made the light of day. It's all pretty arbitrary actually, and maybe calling it Reference makes it sound more coherent than it is! But it seemed like a good name at the time, and it's nicely all-encompassing.
