Easy Brekky

Suitable for vegans


  • A little oil
  • 200g Dried Burgamix [flavoured soya] - mixed and shaped into small balls
  • 2 handfuls of mushrooms - roughly chopped
  • Some bread - broken into pieces
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes - roughly chopped
  • 1 tin baked beans


Fry the ingredients in oil, starting with the first and leaving 2-3 mins between each addition, finally adding the beans and heating through. Serve.

Vegetarians could also include scrambled egg - add it between the bread and the tomatoes.

Meat eaters could add sausages, bacon, black-pudding or tinned ham - make sure you cook them thoroughly first.
